Complaint Review: All Computer Resources

 Check engine light on with multiple faults in a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0. As a Mb tech by trade I ohmed all wiring was ok. Was getting an input of less than 5v on sensors with faults. Which were upstream O2 code 32, purge valve 443, and rad fan relay p1491. Explained my situation to Renzo at computer resources twice! First I sent back and still same problem. So I called them again then they said they would send me another ecu but send old one in. I recorded the calibration and Ids from this ecu with my scanner to compare with replacement .

I had a bad feeling they would play games. Sure enough after waiting for 2 weeks they sent me the same ecu again just with a nice paint job! Same exact faults! Same Id#! I was beside myself and really needed to get this car fixed for my customer. I made a call to flagship one for a replacement ecu and bada bing! Wouldn't you know no more faults no check engine light! Problem solved . It's taking all of me to refrain about how I really feel about these scumbags but they are incompetent, unqualified amateurs! Just do a search on them. I'm so sorry I didn't research them. They will not refund me and I had to go through mycredit cArd to try and recover the money they stole from me. Don't ever do business with all computer resources !!!! Terrible terrible terrible! Should not be in business!!!
