Think twice before using this company. Harold Jones does not follow through with what he says that he will do.
He installed a dehumidifier and condensation pump in our crawl space. A few days later, we noticed it was not working, we called him, he came back and took both the dehumidifier and pump out and said he would return with new ones or repaired ones. Finally got in touch with him and he said he would be back out and that has not happened. Now he will not answer our calls or emails.
We paid him in full for all the supplies and labor and now he took all the supplies back and he is nowhere to be found. Do not be fooled by him and his joke of a company. Please be aware of this scam artist.
We will pursue every Avenue we can to help future victims be aware of this so called professional. Avoid All Crawl ( crawl space specialist ) . Harold Jones is not a reputable business man.
