Steve Pierson, CEO contacted me first by email and then by phone asking if I'd like to join their marketing program as one of 30 people. He said their marketing group would do all the work to market my website and explain to me how they would do it in exchange for my testimonial on my success afterwards. I paid $200 as my initial investment to join the program, and he was to send me a follow up explaining the details of the program. I heard nothing, nor did I get a receipt for my $200. It was done on a credit card so I am now disputing the charge.

After 11 days went by I sent an email asking why I hadn't heard anymore and why were they initiating another marketing program for $99 to all members? I told him I suspected they were short on cash and if so, I wanted my $200 back for they had not performed as promised. He never replied. I have been in contact with another website owner and he did not go with this marketing program but has been disgusted for he has paid for clicks and other things and hasn't had one sale from his Phone Wiz website that they put up.

I haven't had a sale on my Phone Wiz website even though I paid for clicks and put banners up as they suggested before I joined this marketing program. They are scamming people! I want people to know this is not a legitimate company fand not be taken in by their false promises. I should have made money by now but nothing worked and I am computer savy for work in the industry.

I was in the same boat as everyone that has listed here. I only wish that I had found this ripoff report soner. I just wanted to let you know that you can absolutley get your money back because all the transactions were through 2checkout. 2checkout number is 1.614.921.2450 Main Number and they will take care of everything. They will ask you a few questions about the transaction then tell them you want a refund.

Liars No Money Refunded and More Broken Promises

I disputed the $200 I gave them and Steve Pierson contacted me apologizing that he hadn't placed the advertising and it was because he was overseas and they would do it if I would drop the dispute. I told him I would drop it but I wanted evidence of the advertising. It has been a month and I have never seen any evidence of advertising nor have I had any sales. They were supposedly going to advertise in Hong Kong for me. This man is a scam artist for sure. HE NEVER RETURNED ANY MONEY AND YES I AM ANGRY for I don't like people to con me and others. I know of others who also invested in this and never received any sales. BE FOREWARNED DON'T INVEST IN THIS.

False report by angry customer that received a full refund...

#5UPDATE Employee

Thu, January 29, 2009

Customer was to participate in a trial marketing program. The said customer placed a (non-refundable) deposit of $200 to hold their account and was to add additional funds at a later date. Once customer could not come up with additional funds and asked that we proceed, we stated we could not. Customer became irrational and as an act of good faith, we refunded the "non-refundable" $200 deposit and move forward.

Customer is now attempting to defame our company due to their inability to come through with their promises. We have over 25,000 "Happy" business owners. It is unfortunate to see unrealistic ex-customers posting false accusations.

Steve Pierson
