In May 2013 I saw a almost completed restoration  1974 BMW 2002 Orange automobile for sale. This car was listed on the All Euro Garage, Las Vegas, NV website. I contacted the owner Mr. Michael Honari and said I was very interested in purchasing this car and we agreeded on a price of $15000. I told him I could send a deposit of $8000 dollars and send him the remaining $7000 dolallars by early Sep 2013. He agreeded to this and said it would be no problem storing the car at his shop untill I sent him the remaining money in early Sept 2013. I sent him a check for $8000 dollars on May 19 (Check #1063-Cashed Immediately). The following week Mr Honari call me and asked when I would send the remaining $7000 dollars as he had someone else who wanted to purchase this same Orange BMW 2002 immediately. I was confused as to why a week later he was wanting the rest of his money and that storing it till Sept 2013 was no longer an option. He said he could build me the same car and have it ready by Sept 2013. II told him to go ahead and sell the car. I started to become suspicious and told him I wasn't comfortable with him and asked for a refund. He said my money was tied up in the purchase of another BMW project and I would have my refund back by early September. I thought this was wrong but tried to be understanding and give him the time he requested to refund my money. During the last four months we kept in touch and he promised me my refund by no latter than September 15,2013. Over the past two weeks he will not return my calls or text messages. As of today I truly believe that I've been lied too and my money stolen. I swear this is a true and accurate statement. Sincerely-Scott-Warren,Ohio
