All Florida Realty ,Shirley Bear,Julie Watson, Kathy Pass, David Bessette Was very deceptive in there business practices Port Charlotte Florida
I was interested in renting a condo unit they had listed on there site , went to veiw it and it was nice except for the mold that was starting to appear which they assured me it would be taken care, so I put a deposit down to hold it for me, I contined to stay in touch with them to find out the progress on that problem, but they did not return my calls, so finally I went to there office again so I could sign a lease and veiw the unit again.
well I signed the lease and then wanted to see if they had taken care of the mold problem...went to the unit and it was still there but was worse now....and I was suppose to move in, in a couple of weeks...they said once again that they would get it taken care of..well they didnt....but didnt let me know that until 2 days before I was suppose to move in and I had already schelded the movers and they had also already rented the place I was moving from, and I asked all florida realty what I was I suppose to do and they said well you can move your things into storage until you find another place...I said great...I didnt pay movers 795.00 to move me into a storage unit plus pay for storage..oh which they did reimburse me for, but there problem was they had assured me that they would pay to have me moved out of the storage unit,
well I found movers to move me once again, which cost me another 650.00 which I gave a copy of the invoice to all florida realty and shirley tells me at that time ..oh your going to have to sue the owner for that money...well everyone one knows that the real estate company that is reprsenting the owner is responsable, not the owner themselves.
I still waiting for my money and its going on 4 months now...I even wrote a letter to the president of the company and never got a responce. and they pride there selves on customer satisfaction.
So my advice to everyone....stay away from ALL FLORIDA REALTY

All Florida Realty Services, Inc. prides itself on customer service. It is for that reason that we must enlighten the public regarding the misinformation contained in Molly's complaint.
It is not the responsibility of the management company but of the owner to pay for repairs or treatment to his propoerty. In this case, repeated attempts to elicit the cooperation of the owner failed. Our fiduciary relationship is with the owner and requires us to follow his direction in the managment of his property.
Because the tenant was unable to move into her unit as planned, All Florida Realty Services, Inc. reimbursed her for the cost of putting her belongings in storage. Further, the tenant was advised that as a courtesy, we would submit her moving bill to the owner of that original unit. This was done. It was up to that owner to reimburse her for any additional moving expense.
We regret this situation occurred. We made every effort to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction. As a management company with many years of experience, we have always considered customer satisfaction our number one priority and will continue to do so.
