Buyer Beware. This company is a fraud and constantly changes their business names because of numerous Better Business bureau (BBB) complaints. All Glass Services, used to be "J&L Mirror and Glass', which used to be "It's All Glass".
The owner, Joel Tobia, is extremely rude, will hang up the phone on you mid-sentence, and does not follow through on things he puts in writing. Furthermore, he pretends to be different people on the phone in order to lend legitimacy to his company, saying I will transfer you to "So & So", and then hangs up or begins fighting with you further.
