I bought a part second week of January 2018-was given tracking number and part arrived BUT the part was not a working part. I called to inform them of this. Guy said do not send back the broken part (red flag there) just keep in and we will send you a replacement. That was end of January. I did not recieve tracking number first week of February so I called them. Guy told me it will be there by EOB. Three days later no tracking number. They blame it on UPS. Called and spoke to Manager Anthony K-said it will be there Wednesday (red Flag no tracking number) Called on Friday when I did not recieve on Wednesday.

Guy said having issues with shipping that they will ship it out today. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! I told the guy youi are lying -Anthony K (aka manager??) said ti would be there already Wed and you tell me you gonna ship it out today-THESE GUYS LIE AND LIE. Anthony got on the phone to tell me some BS that UPS shipped to wrong place-really really you gonna blame this on UPS?? He said he would send me emails of the correspondence with UPS. This has not happened-At this point I want my money refunded but with these guys, I do not want to give my credit card info for a refund!!!

Something really should be done about this business who calls from Illinois numbers and are in Texas!!
