  This Company deserves to have a class action suit against it given the numerous complaints that it has received  as a service provider. The owners have purposefully developed an institution whose policies are not fair, consistent, relevat, competitive, or even humane. Instead of acting  like a professional company , they act like a person  motivated by their selfish, fickle and emotionally led ways. They change their minds about the implemnetation of their bylaws and policies  and ensure that at all times the customer is not protected or cared for so that they can continue to capitalize  on people's willingness to trust them with their life's furnishings.   They even go so far as to embed their Once they make these changes, they proceed to provide the customer with a letter stipulating that they will not receive their goods until the customer signes the letter. This letter essentuially  waves consumer rights for litigation or freedom of speech to consumer rights bureasus and agencies. An example of this form of letter is highlighted below:

 

"I have read and fully agreed to above letter, and that upon finalizing all monies due to company including but not limiting additional services such as storage fees, redelivery charges (If needed), shuttle services (If needed), long carry (If needed), or stairs, I hereby releaseAll In One Moving&Storage(Moving Company Name) it’s past, present or future officers directors,stockholders, agents, servants, representatives,  employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, partner, predecessors and successors from any and all past, present, future clauses, demands, obligations, actions, rights, damage costs,  expenses and compensation of any nature whatsoever, whether based on tort, contract or other theory of recovery, which undersigned or anyone entitled to any recovery, now has or which may hereafter accrue or otherwise be required on account of, or in any way going out of, the contracts for services rendered and entered into between the parties named here within.

 

By acceptance of this latter, I hereby voluntary wish to withdrawal from any open claims or complaints to any state, city, government, insurance, consumer public groups such as the BBB , media organization, internet website or credit card agency and acknowledge the receipt of my goods in good conditions. All events and actions leading up to this agreement, including the terms and conditions of this agreement are to remain confidential and no further claims, complaints, statements or other action may be taken or reported to any state, city, government, insurance, consumer group, public, media organization, internet website or credit card agency.

 

 As you can see based on the wording in the bottom paragraph, They even  embed their scam into legal dcuments that stipulate that a customer agreeds not to sue them ever regardless of the reason . I was asked to sign this or else they would not give me my furniture back.  This type of ultimatum is absolutely illegal and absurd.  As a consumer, I should be bale to exercise my rights to litigation  or reports or complainst to the relevant authority where deemed necesary. It should not be a provision of teh Company that I not complain about their services or else I wont get my furniture back. This is a classic case of consumer bullyig and since they have your furniture, they are able to leverage from the value of your assets.

What I mean by that is that if one has furuture in ther posession of over 15k, it will not be worth it to pay the ligitation fees in order to get a lawyer to legally make the Company give you your items back, Therefore the  consumer ends up just signing the illegal document against their will primarily becaise litigation fees could be very expensive.

 

 So my advice is dont waste your time with a Company that clearly has no Code of Ethics and treats its customers as if they are cash cows and not human beings. All of their inhuman conduct will come bcak to them one day. Karma jhas a way of ensuring that justice is met.
