All My Sons Moving & Storage Of West Palm Beach ripoff, the company some of my furniture severly damaged (glass items smashed), and lost some of my furniture Riviera Beach Florida
I contracted with this company to move and store my furniture-after the inside of my condominium was destroyed by Hurricane Francis and Hurricane Jeane. The furniture was scheduled to be delivered on March 15th of this year-(my furniture was in storage almost 1.5 years due to the time it took to rebuild).
Some of my furniture was delivered that day smashed in pieces, with dents/dings on almost everything else. They also "lost" several pieces in their climate controled warehouse. A second delivery was later made, with other furniture still missing. A third delivery ws made for my couch which was delivered filthy, stained, and had insects on the cushions. (I had paid extra to have the couch/love seat shrink wrapped in plastic).
AS of today, June 15th, I am still missing furniture from this company-and they are "looking" for it.
The company has offerd me $500.00 to settle my claim. at .60 a pound-but the actual damages are approx. $2500.00. I contacted the local BBB, who closed their case after the company failed to work with them. The PBC Division of Consumer Affairs istrying to help.
