BEWARE of doing business with ALL MY SONS MOVING in Titusville. Their quote (when my wife called) for moving our house was $95 per hour on Saturday. They gave us a reference # of 169621 for the call. So I called in, gave them the reference number, and confirmed the $95 rate with a second call and got details.

When I called the 3rd time to confirm they would be out on Saturday, they changed the rate to $129 per hour, even though they had the reference number with the $95 quote. I asked to speak to the manager and they refused. I finally called back in and got a manager who told me "tough chit". Also, they were estimating 1 hour travel time from (get this) Titusville to Ponce Inlet to Sanford back to Titusville.

I should have known better... when they were estimating 3hrs of driving as one. Also should have checked this web site first and I would have seen the 23 other complaints against ALL MY SONS MOVING in the last 3 months alone!

We appreciate every potential customer but not everyone will choose to move with us. For those we move, our commitment is to do the best move for them. In this case we did not move her since she felt uncomfortable.

It began when we asked her to please allow an estimator to come out to the house, at no cost or obligation to her,and inventory all items that were to be moved. This would allow for us to supply the exact number of crew members, transportation and packing material. The customer did not want an estimator to come out.

In addition, the customer initially requested a Saturday move. When the husband called back he changed the move date to a Sunday. A Sunday move required a highe quote. The reason for this is because our men are family men, who enjoy spending Sunday with their families. However, they are professionals and realize that our customer's might in certain cases, require a Sunday move. We feel it appropriate to pay them more for their sacrifice and therefore we charge a higher rate. The customer did not agree with the higher rate, and unfortunately felt uncomfortable about our services.

If you are reading this posting, I ask that you consider, that we are a family owned and operated busines. We care about our our customers and ultimately by taking good care of our men; we can provide them the most dedicated and professional moving men available.

We hope everything worked out well for this customer, and we are sorry that we could not be of service for this move.
