SCAM - PHONE NUMBER IS NO GOOD - KEEPS RINGING BUT NO ANSWERING.
I ordered off Facebook for $4.95 a trial sample bottle of Hemp Oil. There was no other writing thereafter.
Then it started, All Natural started charging my charge card from October of 2018 for $89.95 each month right up to January 2019. So far they have charged my card $359.80. I called COMMENITY BANK and told them of this situation and they told me to file a report to account protection and I did but then they canceled my report. So, I filed another report and never heard another word from them, so, I called them and explained the problem and they passed me around to 7 different departments and finally back to customer service where they told me since it was a trial I had to call and cancel the order, but I told them the number was no good and they said I will have to find a way because this is not the problem of the bank. Commenity Bank said it was my broblem and they could do nothng, then they said SORRY and hung up. I tried and tried to no avail, so I paid off my account with COMMENITY BANK and then closed the account, DONE. The only problem is I lost the $359.80, but no one will charge that account again. I am so mad at COMMENITY BANK for not taking any action or defending me and charging back to my account all this money. I will NEVER use commenity bank EVER AGAIN. DONE, DONE, DONE.
