All New Sports Damaged in shipment/ no re shipment Newton Kansas
They took weeks longer to ship the Bali 250 Scooter I ordered then they addvertised 5-25 days. The scooter was distroyed in shipping and I had to make call after call to even find out that the scooter had been damaged. I refused delivery and was told a new scooter would be shiped ASAP. Weeks went by and no scooter. the phone is alwas busy. and when I did get through I was put on endless hold. Fianaly I called the Credit card company and had them cancel my order and charge back my credit card. All of this took most of 2/12 months. So if you want a scooter before you get to old to ride it don't deal with All New Sports.com. If getting the scooter is this hard imagine what a part order would be like..

As the trucking co couldn't find it..I refused delivery and was told a new scooter would be shiped ASAP. Weeks went by and no scooter. the phone is alwas busy. and when I did get through I was put on endless hold.
