Complaint Review: All OEM Parts AutosPartsWarehouse

Ordered 2 struts & 2 strut mounts. Recevied only the strut mounts along with an invoice that stated all the items were shipped. Invoice stated shipped from: Auto Parts Warehouse, 17150 S Margay Ave, Carson, CA 90746 Sold To: All OEM Parts, 92 Youngs Road, Trenton, NJ 08. Have called many many times trying to get an answer as to where the other parts are. They have given me the run around, telling me to check for an email within 24hrs after they have had time to look into it.

Have also been told that all the supervisors are in meetings to try again in an hour. The person on the phone refuses to let you speak to a supervisor and that all they communications happen by email. There seems to be only 1 or 2 persons that answer the phone and they try to act like they are different people. Have read many other articles regarding the company and all they are is a total rip off. Don't order from them and don't send anything back, you'll never see your money again.
