All Out DVD Video Plus, Arbco, Pictures Ripped Off By "All Out DVD Video Plus, Arbco, Pictures" Internet
I ordered a DVD from "All Out DVD Video Plus, Arbco, Pictures" for my Mom's birthday entitled "I'd Rather Be Rich". The DVD came with no shrinkwrap and was inferior & defective. There was a visible white line on the screen and a very blurry picture. I requested a refund, but was refused. Instead I was offered a replacement. I saw then that I wasn't going to get my money back and felt sad and disappointed knowing that the replacement is just going to be more garbage...I know I've lost my money, but I hope this report will open others' eyes to this company so they will not be scammed.
