As I was moving from one city to another that was more than 1000 miles away I was looking for a moving company, I  finally decided to use All Over United Moving and Storage.  Their salesperson really sold me good.  He sent me a "Binding Estimate" to review, so I could send downpayment, which I did.  Well, when they came to pick up my belongings, they added additional charges for things that were never mentioned in the Binding Estimate or on the phone call.  I was stuck, becasue I was leaving to go to NY that afternoon.  They lied and charged me a "long carry" charge. As per the Binding Estimate, the first 50 feet is free then there is an additional charge of $70 per 50 feet.  They charged me an additional $140.  So they said the carry distance was 150 feet.  The actual distance was 51 feet!  That was scam #1.  Scam # 2:  they took complete inventory of all of my belongings and told me that I would need 400 cubic feet.  Well, they  decided to charge me for over 500 cubic feet of space!  Oh, I actually had less stuff the day of the move than I had at inventory, becasue I didn't bring my dining table!  Scam #3: binidng estimate says 14 calendar days for delivery.  The day they come to pick up the belongings they present an entirely different contract than the binding estimate.  That contratc states 30 days (i think), as opposed to 14 days per the bining estimate.   Either way, it's been 6 weeks and my stuff is still sitting in a storage unit in Keller, Texas.  When you call the company, they customer service reps incite you, hang up on you, make fun of you, lie to you.  They talk in fake voices.  One guy today had a hell of a time talking like he was drugged up, laughingly telling me that he's medicated today.  Since I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to get my stuff to Grand Island NY, I asked my brother to call and see if he could make any progress.  He was unsuccessful.  After sending a series of emails and making a few calls, we were finally able to get the ower of the company to my brother back. The owner, Charlie Ohana, became aware of a negative review that I left online about his company.  When he spoke to my brother he threatend my brother saying "...You better remove that negative review by tomorrow if you still want to be friends." He was obvioulsy threatening my brother.  My brother told him that he refuses to remove the negative review until I get my stuff.  As a matter fo fact, my brother told Charlie Ohana that I would contineu to find web sites to post reviews detailing my exact experience.  i told him that in no way whatsoever would I lie or defame his company.I would simply relay exact facts.  Knowing that my brother also owns a business,  Charlie Ohana said, "...Oh yeah.  This is what I do for a living, building web sites and online marketing.  I'll build a website to ruin your business.  I will ruin you.  I'll link you to ISIS!"  So, needless to say, my brother actually has to file a complaint with the FBI!  I have recorded phone calls of his slaes rep telling me lies.  I have a copy of a binding estimate telling me that her stuff would be delivered in 14 days.  Under no circumstances should anyone do any business with this company. From what I've learned, this moving company may be associated with severla other comapnies.  Due your due diligence and research this company or any company owned by them or associated with them, and run as far away as you could from them.
