May 20, 2012 I called several HVAC contractors to repair my AC with a new contactor, part cost approx $ 5-17 dollars- ALL PHASE were the only contractors who could offer me same day service- and told me their service fee was only $ 49.95 vs others from $ 70 to $ 90- this was to be credited if service provided- I assumed that their charges would also fall in line with the lower service fee of $ 49,95- to my shagrin they charged me $ 386.02 and I was stunned- I am 70 years old, on fixed income and cannot afford a rip-off like this- I tried to dispute this charge with the owner of the company who told me *no refund will be issued* those are our prices, we are licensed, insured and run our own trucks!!  who wouldn't? I have sent this complaint to the Governors office pending a reply- the time spent by the technician was approx 10 minutes- I then asked what they would charge me to change my AC filter in the attic, and the tech said we'll take care of it, no cost- then the $ 5 part quit wqorking on day 6 and I had to call them back, the second install the decided to install a 40 AMP part vs a 30 AMP the week before- for all I know, the 1 st replacemnt may even have been a use part as I saw no packaging- I mae sure that I got the wrapper for the 2nd replacement- at 70 years of age I do not need to be ripped off by a scheister HVAC company with what looks like a phony street address in Marietta GA-I will make sure that all I come in contact with will know about these unscupolous people at ALL PHASE 1 stop shop

Complaint from Rene Horn

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Wed, August 29, 2012

On May 29, 2012, we replaced
a defective contactor for Ms. Horn.  She
was presented the invoice totaling $386.02.
She signed the invoice, indicating her approval for the amount charged
to perform the work.  She then gave her
credit card information to our Technician, who in turn called our office to
process the payment.  It was after that
time Ms. Horn researched other companies and obtained several other quotes.

 We regret Ms. Horns
accusations that we were trying to take advantage of her because that was never
our intent.  Therefore, in the spirit of
wanting to maintain a respectable relationship with Ms. Horn, we have mailed
her a refund check in the amount of $150.00.
We feel this to be a fair and equitable settlement.
