Complaint Review: All Points Van Lines

Our home sold so soon that I could not continue to try to pack our possessions by myself. My husband was involved in a project that he was the Test Director and not available or aware of what it thats to move a life time of living. He thought the housing market would crash and we needed to take advantage of that now.

I hired All Points Van Lines I don't belicve that I contacted them first. I got so many calls I think they contacted me. I was assured that they were a family business. I was not impressed when they showed up in an Enterprise truck and wrote on the form to sign that if I was not happy with their work I would terminate the contract.

The driver advised me buy the large boxes and went to the box store in the truck as they would not fit in my car. I could see him talkin on his cell phone behind me. After we got there another man meet him there at the store. The man left and the driver threw boxes in truck.
