Complaint Review: ALL PRO AUTO MALL

All pro auto mall sells junk cars on ebay as allproautomall 15317, they are crooks from the beginning of the sale to the end. They do not follow through on any warranty statements in there ads, they sell all of there cars with a private listing so other ebayers can not warn each other. Ebay is partially to blame because they let them remove negatives somehow? I have seen 3 negatives in one week and then they are withdrawn or vanish. Ebay still gets there listing fee and final value fee why should they care.

Anyway I bought a car from them on june 14,2006 with a 1000 mile or 30 day warranty, on june 26th the transmission went out, they are ignorant, rude people. I am in the process of suing them.
