All Pro AutomotiveALL-PRO Auto Repair Transmission repair job sublet to AAMCO without my knowledge or consent. transmission failed after five hours Jacksonville Florida
Service manager, who is no longer employed at ALL-PRO, gave me the impression that the tranmission would be completed at ALL-PRO. I found out that the transmission job had been sublet when I payed my bill. The word sublet was listed on the work order. It didnt occur to me to ask where the job had been sublet until after the transmission failed after five hours of use south of Orangeburg, S.C.
The truck was towed to the AAMCO shop in Summerville, S.C. I was stranded there for two and a half days while that shop worked my truck in.
They did a superb job at the rebuild but an intermittent problem, apparently external to the tranmission, was left unresoved. That problem reappeared in South Carolina and the truck was returned for warranty work in Jacksonville.
Average wait time for warranty work is two and a half days. Once they get your money, ALL-PRO is completely unsympathetic to their former customers. Repeated calls to the company for truck repair status went unreturned. I had to go directly to the AAMCO shop myself.
