All-RV Rip-off Damage to my truck and intimidation tactics abused & mistreated Tucson Arizona
I went to this particular business to purchase a camper shell for my truck. In the process of installing the camper shell, an employee broke the handle of the tailgate of my truck. He and the business refused to acknowlege doing the damage, then later changed the story to say that "it was ready to break anyways".
When the manager was informed of the problem, he tried to use intimidation and insults to diffuse the problem and get me to leave.
The Better Business Bureau sent two letters to this business with no response from them. I plan to continue my fight until I get some satisfaction for the poor treatment and harassment I received. It cost me $138 to repair the damage they did and I deserve reimbursement.
