All Safe Move, ASM Movers & Storage, ASM Move, Diiferent names, same company ripping off furnitures; pickup but no delivery Santa Clara California
This company is very good in stealing your furniture. Promise all sorts of things in their web page/phone and customer service. Beware, they never deliver furniture.
Movers came in rental truck, took our furniture and piano and promised to deliver; move was within California from San Jose to Los Angeles. Delivery date came and went.
After many calls daily and hourly, the piano was delivered by a Florida company with extensive heat and handling damage and our furniture never came. No news from the company regarding our missing furniture and they don't even bother to contact you or reply to your repeated e-mails.
Stay away from this company for any moves!

In addition to the previous complaints which somehow does not ahow up here, these are additional information:
1. The movers picked up our furniture on June 25th from Saratoga, CA and promised to deliver on June 30th to Los Angeles, CA. I have not been contacted by this company about my furniture so far in spite of my repeated efforts of calling, leaving messages, hearing "mailbox full" messages and calling and trying at least ten different telephone numbers.
2. We have several addresses of the company and many of them have different company names.
3. Any reputable company will be proud to show off their names in front of their offices, ASM Movers AKA All Safe Move has no name on their reported addresses and the advertised phone numbers do not work.
Stay away from this company for any of your moves. Police and the government authorities have less success in getting rid of these people.
