All Season Getaway Dream Holiday Rip-off Internet
It would appear, from other reports on this site, that I have been scammed. I received a call yesterday (12/06/2012) from James Mulvaney advising me I had qualified for a discounted dream holiday in Orlando Florida for only $998 USD for the whole family.
I was then transferred to Gary Bowers who went through the details in a real hurry and by the time he sent me through to Alisa Griffin my head was spinning and my credit card had been hit for $499USD ($649.99 NZD). As soon as the call ended I felt sick to the stomach and called my credit card company to cancel the transaction, too late.
I've since emailed the company several times to cancel this trip and get a refund. I've tried calling several times but the number comes up as disconnected.
No one from All Seasons has got back to me, I'm not even sure they will. I need help, how can I get my money back from these guys on the other side of the planet.
Say no when they call you and hang up the phone.

I have heard back from All Seasons and they have agreed to refund my money.
I am now waiting for the amount to be transferred back onto my credit card. It would appear that I have over-reacted.
I would like to thank Brendan at all seasons for his patience and understanding during our phone call this morning.
