We had slow rainwater drainage in our downspouts, accompanied by overflowing gutters. Even though we have gutter guard, we suspected the cause was accumulated tree debris within our gutters and downspouts. We contracted with All Season Gutters based on their website promise "to perform an in-depth cleaning of your gutters, downspouts, elbows, and joints," and a written estimate that offered "a full gutter and downspout cleaning." Two guys used leaf blowers to remove what little debris sat on the top surface of the gutter guard then, in less than 20 minutes, left. Gutter guard sections were not removed to look for any potential underlying blockage. Nor were the downspouts inspected or tested. The gutters still overflowed during the next rainstorm. We had experienced this problem before and the solution was a water flush of the gutters to ensure the gutters and downspouts were blockage free.

When we contacted All Season to report their method was ineffective, we were told by company co-owner Jeff Stoltz they did not check their work by water flushing, that Mother Nature would do that for them. When it was brought to his attention that his own websited showed water flushing, he denied the photo existed. Company president Amy Stoltz later also said such a photo did not exist on their website. I have attached a photo labeled "Old" that shows the photo in question. I have attached a photo labeled "New" that shows what was recently posted on their website in place of the older version. I have also attached a photo showing examples of the catkins we pulled from the gutter that were causing the blockage. Our problem was not solved by leaf blowers removing what little debris was on top of the gutter guard. Our problem what was underneath it. They charged us $225 for what was nothing more than a blow job. We later removed sections of the gutter guard ourselves, pulled out the accumulated debris, performed a water flush using our house hose, and our gutters and downspouts now flow freely.

We feel we should receive a refund on the basis All Season performed an incomplete and ineffective job.

Thank you.
