Complaint Review: All Seasons Travel Agents And Resorts

Imagine our surprise when we get a phone call from "All Seasons" advising us that we had WON a holiday of a lifetime to the USA.

My husband, being half asleep at the time (just got home from work) & was understandably excited. A trip to the USA, a cruise, car hire........

Then the small fee of US$998.00 to pay - not that we thought a lot of it at that moment - we were still in shock - but you're right - too good to be true.

We gave them our details, we didn't have enough credit available on the Mastercard at the time - but thatwasn't a problem, they would hold the tickets for 90 dyas & we could contact them again on the number they provided & organise the debit.

Being a little curious, we "Googled" & found all of these responses from other people who have also been exposed to this scam.

After reading several of these, we have contacted our credit provider & asked them to issue us with a new card. So we are very lucky to have avoided the fight to get our money back.

I know we all do our best to safeguard ourselves against people/companies like this, but obviously, they are getting better at it & choosing their targets.
