Complaint Review: All Seasons Tavel & Resorts Inc

We also were told we were winners! Yes we did pay the $898US. Yes we did return our vouchers and try to organise our trip. We booked our fares to the USA from Australia and built additional plans around the Florida, cruise options.

We returned our vouchers in September and despite have two full momths available before we departed Australia were not able to confirm any accommodation, locations, cruise line, tickets etc
This was despite almost daily emails.

When we requested cancellation and refund of monies paid we were sent an email stating that "when you wnat to reschedule, please forward travel dates."
Foolish we may have been once, but even old dogs can learn new tricks. We are not going to get on the All Seasons Travel or Astar merry-go-round again.
Despite requesting a refund, we do not know where that is at.

We rebooked our trip, using the same venues ie Florida, cruise, Mexico in a period of 4 hours. This included our flights internally in the USA. This was completed over the internet. Our tickets were express posted to us, we left Australia knowing where we going.

Please take this as a warning to all who receive offers too good to be true. They are not.
