I am from holland. So my english is not very good!!

My story is simular of Trent Werribee (Australia).
I also had a very long confersation with some mr. Charles Coleman of allseasonstravel. The conversation took place on january 13 2005, and lasted nearly one hour. During this hour i was told that i was a very lucky guy. I had the oppertunity to have the holliday of my live, in America. I only had to pay(by Visa) 898 dollars. So, after one hour I finally did give mister Coleman my creditcard number, after he passed me thru to another guy. He taped our conversation and repeated everything again.

Mister Coleman sounds very nice and kind. He kept repeating that I am a very lucky guy who is going to make the holliday of his live. He also told me the amount(898) would be taken of my visaaccount after I would receive the documentation and tikets. This would be at the end of february 2005.

Yesterday I called visa. They told me that the amount(898) was already drawn from my account by Allseasons travel.

I am afraid that I will receive nothing from allseasonstravel. And that they fooled me.

What can I do to get my money back??

Please help me!!

I have had the same experience in 2003

Hi
I have had the same experience in 2003 and I got a set of vouchers from All Seasons resorts - I have not used them yet -but am about to do so. So I cannot really tell if it was worth the 900$ - I did call Mastercard the day after I acknowledged by giving them my creditcard number - I am not sure if I would do it again - but after having done quite a lot of research on the internet I think it is quite common in the US. One thing you will have to be prepared for is to spend a day where some sales guys will do their utmost to persuade you into buying a timeshare flat or house - but besides this it should be a "cheap" way to spend a holiday - you will still have to buy your air tickets to get there though

Best regards
