On the 11th of Nov 2004, I had a pop up screen on my computer saying that I was the 50,000,000th customer and had won $2,100 travel spending money.I was given a confirmation number 56222 which I was to quote upon calling the telephone number that they had provided.

I called the number and spoke to a lady (Michele Donahue) who explained the details of the holiday package as follows: 7 days in Orlando Florida and would be staying in either Sheraton, Hilton or Radisson Hotel. This included a rental car for 7 days with unlimited mileage and would have to drive to Fort Lauderdale where we would take the Regal Cruise 3 days and 2 nights to Nassau in the Bahamas. The cruise was fully paid for and all we would have to pay was the port fees of $249 per adult. We were also to pay $ 5-8 hotel tax.

We also won an additional bonus trip to Mexico for 2 adults. This package is valid for 18 months which she explained gave us time to plan for the travel to Florida and they would help us get good flight deals. It's fully transferrable and can be sold if we are not able to use it.

She explained that the pack normally costs $2998 but since I had won $ 2,100, I would only be required to pay $898 to cover 4 people.

I was transferred to 'Robert Ruso' who identified himself as the 'Quality Assurance Manager'.He went through the package details again and sounded very happy for me and very convincing. He claimed that normally this offer is normally for corprate clients but since it was All Seasons 30th anniversary, they had made it available to the public.

He gave me a customer reference number RM20 and a customer service number 7703520442 which I can call if I needed to extend the package for more than 18 months. He informed me that they would send me a the package by United Parcel services courier which I would receive within 48 hours. They would also email me this information.

Robert then transferred me to a third person, a lady, who told me that this conversation would be tape recorded. She asked me whether I understood that what I had won was a special discount and that I would have to meet the travel expenses to Florida ana Mexico. She went through the details again and I asked if I could call her back and she informed me that calling back was not an option and that I would end up loosing this offer.

Its been a week and I have neither received the email nor the couried package yet over $600 has been debited from my credut card account. I became suspicious and thats when I decided to check on the internet, only to get a whole list of people who have been ripped off by All Season Travel in a similar manner.

I am grateful for the information that I read on the Ripoffreport.com and I intend to follow this up with my bank to reverse this transaction and block my account. I am optimistic that I will get my money back from these fraudlent people. I am also grateful to all who have posted their experience to alert others so that they may not fall into this trap.

I got my Money Back

#2Author of original report

Wed, December 22, 2004

Hi All,

Having read the accounts of others on how they got their money back, I followed their advice. I actually sent All Seasons Travel an email to inform them that I would like to cancel the Vacation Offer. To which I got a response and they adviced that they cannot accept a cancellation via the email.

The day I received the Vacation Certificates, I sent them back immediately to All Seasons and included a Cancellation letter. They did refund my money, to which I am truly grateful.

Thanks to all who have shared their stories for they have been a great help to me.

Regards,
