They're still at it!  I live in Australia and received a phone call today from "Verrica Wilson" of All Seasons Estate" to tell me I had won a 15 day holiday including a Bahamas cruise. After about 5 minutes of excited 'spiel' she handed me on to "Daniel O'Brien" who explained that we would need to take a 90 minute tour round a time share and then asked for my credit card details for the total payment of $675 Australian. Luckily I refused to supply these on rerquest and over the phone.  I then came home and performed an internet scam search and found numerous complaints about All Seasons.  OK, so I didn't lose any money by providing my credit card details, but I am wondering how such scammers are allowed to continue operation year after year. Is there no regulatory body or legal system that can close them down and prevent the operators from ever registering another firm for their nefarious purposes.
