I received a call from Ashley Knight (Rep ID 90572) from the Canadian office on Saturday November 20, 2004 at 10:30am stating that I had won a trip to Florida and proceeded to give me information about the details of the trip. She told me about the $349 "Promotional Fee" and when I was skeptical about paying any money, she assured me that the money was refundable with 2 business days.

I was then transferred to Darryl from customer service at (800) 231-3760 to take my credit card number. He gave me the address and contact information for All Seasons Travel in Atlanta, GA.

My skepticism was easily confirmed by 15 minutes of Internet research on RipOffReport.com and Better Business Bureau website. I see now that All Seasons Travel is a horrible scam that takes advantage of people and the money they have worked hard to earn.

I have called the Canadian Office (416) 921-1657 at 12:10pm with no answer and I have called the Atlanta Office at 12:31pm and spoken to David in International Sales. He did not have the number and/or name of anyone I could speak to today in regards to my cancellation.

All activities have taken place within a period of 4 hours and this is completely ridiculous. I will demand a COMPLETE refund of my charges. My Chase VISA credit card has been placed on HOLD and I will be filling a Dispute of Charges to my account.

Make sure to document all calls, efforts and emails to All Seasons Travel. Try to contact various organizations so they can offer advice. I will call Chase and All Seasons Travel on Monday, November 22 2004 to get this matter resolved. Dont hesitate to get legal representation if nothing happens.
