Complaint Review: All Service Company

I have worked for Joe McKinnon on a remodel job only to have Joe get paid for the job and not pay us employees.

Joe is currently on probation for theft itis public record and can be found on the internet. At the time of my working for Joe I had the Phx Police dept come out on a civil standby to the jobsite at that time joe was allowed to get in his truck and drive away and only moments later the police found the felony theft warrent to little to late I then filed a civil claim against Joe Mckinnon that he never responded to and when the final paperwork from the court was mailed to me I did not reciev it as i had moved and the case was dismissed I am going back to the court today as it is being refiled. I saw just recintly on channell 3 news a story about Joe McKinnon taking new clients money and never returning to do the work I then contacted Joe`s probation officer who said they would help and 2 weeeks have went by and now the probation officer tells me he cant help so i am refiling today in court. This is an ongoing thing with Joe Mckinnon that has been documented all the way back to the 1990`s when he whent to prison for theft and he continues to try and keep the ammonts small enough so that it is always a civil matter and not criminal and the probation dept continues to allow Joe McKinnon to keep doing these things.

Finding this information out and learning who this person is (Dean Robertson) who has filed this eronious statement against my company 5 years ago, is owed no money nor does he have any monies owed for work he says he performed. He cuaght wind on the day he was being terminated that he was being let go and  decided to start a mutiny with in my company telling our guys that no one was being paid. Totally false and all techs have been paid and continue to get paid with my company for the work they perform and no less.  If any employee does not perform the work they are paid and directed to perform does not get paid for falsifying their paper work. They are sub contractors of the company and are paid to do the work performed and nothing else. If anyone was to hire a contractor to do work on their home and they did not do it they would not get paid because you would have to hire another company to do it. I nor my company will ever be held hostage for a disgruntled worker/contractor and use the internet to black mail  us for services never rendered. We have made numerous attempts to contact this individual which is how we found out is DEAN ROBERTSON by investigation and had made all these accusations eroneously and under false pretext, let alone obvious false email. We stand behind all our workmanship 100% and always have and always will for all our customers.  I have numerous friends in the construction field who run into this on a daily basis and who have used the ripoff report website to file these accusations against them as well. It is wrong, and let me make myself clear i will never pay anyone who did not perform the work they were paid to do under any false cirumstance, let alone have to payanother contractor for the work they peroformed properly, EVER!  They are sub contractors (1099) all who sign a contractors agrreement with my company and under state law are not obligated to be paid for services they did not perform. As of this date 9/29/2016 i am here by closing the doors to our handyman company for the head ache it provides from illiterates like this moron because it is not worth it in the long run. The so called American Dream is more like the American Drama!
