I was only given a verbal contract on the phone. The company did not offer to send me a hard copy of my service contract. The terms of the agreement were changed without notification.

I had agreed to a 26 passenger limo for $1440, I even called to confirm this reservation. When the driver arrived, he shoved a paper contract under my nose that said the vehical was a 24-passenger limo and the price was now $1440. This was the day of prom and I had no choice but to sign the contract or else, 26 of us would be stranded with no way to get to prom. I was not given a receipt of this service.

The driver had no sense of direction and got lost multiple times. The limo itself was in horrid condition; there were holes in the ceiling, holes/cracks in the windows, some speakers were blown out, the ps2 was broken, the floor was filthy and littered, the phone had no cover (just bare wires), the interior was blistered, everything about the vehicle was extremely disappointing.

It is my sincere recommendation that NO ONE use this limousine company. It turns out that this company is KNOWN for bad and deceitful service among other limousine service companies.
