I am so sick and tired of dealing with this company.  I hate that it has now come to this where I am now writing a report on the internet but I have to warn other therapy professionals to steer clear of All Star as soon as possible.  Where do I begin? The entire company is slow as molasses.  When I do call in for help, they are quick to hang up the phone and do not answer questions or fill repairs in a timely way.  When relatives of my residents call in, they are hung up on.  I had to send the same chair back 4 times because they couldn't get the order right and they still overcharged us for it.  Their front desk lady cursed out my business manager on three separate occasions. 

I'm tired of chairs breaking.  I'm tired of the runaround.  I'm tired of the bad attitudes.  I'm tired of reps telling us one thing and then doing the other.  Oh and I'm tired of reps who are obviously not trained well enough to know anything.  The owner Ryan is as snarky and arrogant and unhelpful as they come.  He talks to us like we're stupid if we can get a hold of him at all.  This company acts like they are the only game in town and they have no competition.  I am looking for a replacement right now because my business manager is fed up with these people.  If you see a rep for All Star tell them to turn around and walk away and scam someone else.  You and your residents will be much happier.
