Complaint Review: All Star Screens in Fontana

Horrible experience with Luis the owner and his company All Star Screens. I made the mistake of paying him before the completion of the installation. The screen door was for my kitchen slider. The screen itself has 2 flaws so that it may as well be ripped since flies can get in. The door lock is almost impossible to move so locking, unlocking and opening the door is ridiculously hard. I ordered a 'heavy duty' frame and got a thinner more unstable one than I paid for, over $200. And there are 6 screws coming out of the top and bottom frames that are right up against the screen, they already rippied the screen at the top. I have never seen a door that has to have these sticking out!

Luis says they are for adjustment. Well all I can say is none of the doors I've ordered in the past had to have all these screws that DAMAGE the screen. I called Luis for months and he never returned my calls. When I finally bugged him enough to come out he refused to fix anything. I should have all money returned, he can take his useless door so I can get an adequate one. I recommend you use one of the many other local companies if you need screens or screen doors.
