Rank and yank policies have created a hostile work environment. It has become like "Survivor"co workers snitching and telling dishonest stories on other co workers for brownie points and survival.Management has no formal or extensive experience in people employee managing.
constant ridicule and being bullied. No medical benefits what so ever not even workmen s compensation if it should ever be needed.little room for advancement in tight buddy clicks.
Management communication to employees is very poor. Training of employees on new products is very poor. Layoff or mysterious being fired are common and continual.The two owners dont want to be bothered with company problems and will side with appointed management even when they are 100% wrong.Employee morale low - an overall unhappy workplace with alot of backstabbing.
Rampant distrust of appointed Management
People pit against each other never a dull moment
If you have any formal training in X ray equipment or college credentials in degree, my recommendation is to not waste your time with this company or believe the lies promised to you by management.They try to give the illusion that they are a loving like family work environment but truth is it is NOT anything family or pleasant..I relocated to Texas for this employer and have all excellent letters from customer satisfaction in refferal to my client performance.
No benefits of any kind and newly appointed managers whose employee people skills are disgusting speaks for it self.Crazy Bizarre bullying behavior with abrupt harsh words.
