Complaint Review: All Stars Remodeling

Yes, the reviews are true STAY AWAY! My kitchen project was fairly simply but, was a 13 week nightmare that ended only after I fired them and payed another contractor to come in and rescue my kitchen.  Constant delays, materials that were paid for but not delivered, sub contractors that didn’t know what they were doing and that’s if they showed up at all.

The 1st crew walked off the job with my house key, the 2nd crew they sent hung the upper cabinets upside down, hacked up the lower cabinets and ruined the granite which had replaced due to their screw ups and plus, they expect you pay for their mistakes.

They’re only concerned about being paid no matter how bad the job goes. The project manager never inspected the work and was totally out of sync with the project and had no sense of urgency but, always had an excuse for their lack of workers and delays.

Their bond has been exceeded since there’s numerous claims on it, mine was one of many. I could rant on on, but won’t I just want to fore warn people about this company.

ALL Stars Remodeling is joke they have NO business being a contractor. You’d be better off going to Home Depot and getting guys out of the parking lot they could do a better job! 

Now I’m off to the State Contractors Board.
