All State Beauty Internet Scam. Amex charged, no delivery. Internet
On January 19th, 2009, I ordered a set of Caruso hair curlers by internet with delivery specified in four days. I received and invoice, but I am still waiting for the product. I have called many times, was able to reach a voice mail one time and left my order number and call back number. I have e-mailed them four times and have no response of any kind.
I badly need this product and have started calling beauty supply houses in the county where I live and have finally located what I need.
I have called Amex to see if they are a legitimate company and the rep told me there appear to be many complaints if you go to the google site. I should have gone there before I ordered from All State.
I did find some alternate phone numbers and called them. The first gentleman said he receives 30-40 calls a day for All State Beauty, and all of them are customers looking for their products. The second number was a private number at a residence.

After many phone calls and emails I still have received no word or shipment from this unethical company and I hope someone is listening and will go in and shut them down.
