Jimmy Perez, of All State Refrigeration contacted me via the internet on Marach 27, 2014, for lead generation services that my company offers. He agreed to pay $40 per call or optin that was generated by my company and forwarded to his company. He signed an agreement and gave me a credit card for billing.
The first credit card, I was not successful in making a charge for the leads that were generated. He subsequently sent me information via email to use another credit card for processing. Which I did as instructed. Those 2 payments went through. However, the 2nd payment ended up being charged back, and he gave some lame excuse that it had something to do with his adwords account.
He later gave me more credit cards for processing.. all declined.. He gave me his "brothers" credit card for processing.. again declined. He then said he was going to send checks in the mail to me.. after a month of waiting, none came..
In the mean time, he has made numerous promises to pay, even as late as last week, where he told me that he would have funds for processing a debit card on Friday and Saturday, yet he didn't provide any information for processing.
This guy is a fraud. I don't believe that he ever intended to pay what is owed, which is just under $5000.00. He has made thousands of dollars from my marketing efforts, and has cost me lots of money
I also believe that he could be working under a false name, and my really be Richard Boateng of Same Day Appliance or Family Refrigeration.. of whom also owes me $5000 for leads last year that didn't get paid.. I will also be filing a Ripoff Report on him also..
Do not do any business with him-- All State Refrigeration, Same Day Appliance as they are scam artists and frauds..
