All State USA et alis out of Hallandale Florida ripoff, illegal practices, sexual harasment and threats rip off moving company from hell Hallendale Florida *UPDATE
All State USA as I found when I called the 1800 number for DOT hotline reporting found in another report is owned by the company most of the other reports here seem to come from in Hollandale Florida. I was quoted $900 which was with in a few hundred dollars of other quotes so although the lowest was not unreasonably low.

This of course is the Flat rate he did me a favor giving as he felt he could charge me 5000 with no problems. Because these companies do thier final threats and jack up of prices via phone with no new written estimate they seem to cover themselves to your word aginst thiers and of course who wins the my word your word in court ? Them. Because of this I signed everything with "duress". I added Duress to my name and my signature. I have made the report to the DOT and it would seem you can make reports to them but they have no athd in being a part of a class action suit please contact me and we will work togeather to find a lawyer (that will not rip us off too) to file.

I had a hard time post ing this and have since sent this to the city manager of Hallendale asking how it felt to know that Hallendale is consideredt the rip-off movers headquarters, I also have left a message on the state investagators voice mail to phone me tommorrow I will have a police officer with me at the time of delivery I have also called my bank and told them not to allow anything more than the legal allowed of 110% of estimate to be deducted from my accounts and explained to them that I signed the card reciept under Duress and my "singing is my initals and Duress" and not my legal signature.
The funny thing is when she looked at my account they had apperently tried to give me a CREDIT of $647 which was not accepted and then gave me a credit of $200 and a debit of $100 so right now they have only charged my Visa $300 and actually paid me $100 in my checking account... They will be authorized to therfore charge $790 to my account when I recieve the shipment tommorrow (I hope) Also I found several handy things they violated from the Department of Transportation site like not giving me information on the liablity insurance and types, the bill of lading was not faxed to me, tarrifs detail and other things that are required by law.
By the end of the drop off of my goods they will be very happy to get the $990 they are getting cause they don't want me coming down to Hallandale. The worlds deadliest combination a pissed off service connected disabled female that just got called HONEY by a lug threatning the life and limb of another female while demanding 2 times as much as agreed upon.

Well now a day late and the story of horrible snow storms keeping me from getting my things. I checked the weather channel and yes there were snow storms in Boston area but they were supposed to be going from Maryland to New York and then south to Florida. These guys really are scary since I called back told them that the snow storms were in Boston not New york and the roads by weather Channel report are clear. I swear this is the truth I said the snow storms were in Boston and he said yeah that right he had to go through to get from your pick-up in Skyesville (Maryland) to New York. I about died when I told him that Maryland as south of New York and Boston is north.
Anyway thier bank called to see if the money they have charged to my credit card and bank account could be released I said "No and if my things are not delivered soon I will be charging them with grand Larceny". Unfortunately as this is a commercial shipment I am not covered by the 110% rule but they may not get a dime since it seems they may not be licenses to even do commercial freight movement.
