Allstate Van Lines, Inc. uses several DBAs to continually defraud the public. The owner for Allstate Van Lines, Inc, Pinchas Cohen, is the same owner for U-Save-On Moving, Inc - who has been heavily fined by the FMCSA for violating several laws. Their method of operation is in fraud, by promising serviaces that they cannot deliver, refusal to pay for severe damages, ignoring requests for arbitration, failure to provide moving pamphlet, operating without proper licenses, and false sales information to take consumers' money. They defraud consumers with lies and then change addresses and company names when the FMCSA fines them for violating Federal DOT laws.

They are also very hostile and will not negotiate. They will lie about who works for them and pretend that they do not know of other companies that they operate under. They will go to many lengths to run you around - saying that they are no longer in business. Beware of Mrs. Cohen, his wife, Ezra - the manager, and Maureen, the Customer Sales Representative. They will sweet talk you into defrauding you.
