Complaint Review: all things beauty

all things beauty I bought a strapless bra that was advertised to me on Instagram (popular item at the time) that I was supposed to receive 4-7 business days after ordering. I purchased it on June 23rd 2017 and was immediately charged on my credit card ±25$ CAD. It is August 30th today, and I have since sent several e-mails asking for a follow-up / refund but have yet to hear back from them. From what I'm seeing online I am not the only one in this boat. Any help I can get at this point would be appreciated! Internet

I purchased a bra from the company called Allthingsbeauty which was advertised to me via Instagram. This was a popular item at the time that many folks had seen circulating around. The purchase took place on June 23rd 2017 and my credit card was immediately charged ±25$ CAD. The expected delivery time was to be between 4-7 business days. It is now August 30th 2017, well over 2 months since I placed the order. I have sent several e-mails inquiring about the status or asking for a refund but have yet to receive a response from them. This is clearly a scam and from the looks of it, a number of women have fallen for the trap. Any help we can get to track this firm down would be greatly appreciated!
