We had transmission work done at All Transmission World in 12/08. We had nothing but problems with them at that time, but we finally got our vehicle back with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty.

On 8/17/09 we started having problems with the transmission again. We immediately checed the transmission fluid and it was full. We took the vehicle back to ATW because it was still under warranty. We were told we would have the vehicle back in 3-5 days.

At first they said the problem was with the parts they replaced in 12/08, but after them having the vehicle 7 days they tried to say it was because of low transmission fluid. I told them we knew this was completely untrue, and they immediately started back pedaling.

After having the vehicle 8 days and counting, and all the supposed work on it they are now trying to weasel out of the warranty in any way they can.

They always say they will call you right back, but they never do. You have to call them and then they are very rude to you. We pretty much have figured out that if their lips are moving they are lying.

Do not ever go to this company, all you will get is shoddy work, run arounds and lots of lies.

Yet more Dishonesty

#3

Mon, August 31, 2009

On Friday, 8/28/09, we confronted ATW along with the Consumer Reporter from a local Tv station. In the presence of the reporter ATW promised the vehicle would be repaired at no cost and the rest of the warranty would be honored, and would be done on Monday,8/31/09. Today, 8/31/09 when we called to see when we could get the vehicle, ATW told us they havent even started on it yet, and would not give us a completion date for when it would be done. Once again they lied to us and we have the proof on the reporters audio/video.(ATW insisted the camera man go outside but the reporter kept his microphone on so everything was recorded) We have contacted and have an appointment with an attorney and are going to have to take legal action . ATW sent a fax to the Better Business Bureau on 8/31/09 stating the complaint was resolved, which it absolutely has not. Can you believe these people??

They Weaseled out After all

#3

Yep, they weaseled out of the warranty, said they would not honor it because we waited too long to get it into the shop after we noticed the problem. We had the vehicle in within 30 minutes of noticing a problem. 30 minutes is too long?? After having the vehicle 8 days they said the problem was a leak, that we should have noticed and brought it in sooner. It took them 8 days to even bring up that there was a supposed leak ? Something sure smells fishy here! We are not trans experts, if there are no spots on the ground under vehicle, no decrease in fluid levels, and no problems while driving it, how are we supposed to know there is a leak? So, after continually assuring us for 10 days that there was no problem with the warranty, they tell us they won't honor it, and it will be $1850 to fix the vehicle. $1850 for something they constantly told us was covered by the warranty?? They must be crazy.
