I started out with what I thought was a dead battery.I tow the car to All Tune and Lube. I had Barry Wise and All Tune and Lube replace it. He said I had a bad starter and a bad battery. I replaced the battery my self. A week later my car is dead again.

I put in another new battery and once again tow the car to All Tune and Lube. It comes up a third time that I'm dead and take the car to them and state that it can't have all bad new batteries. The original mechanic tells me it took 3 starters that they installed before one worked the original time.

They end up replacing the starter a total of 3 times and so it totals 5 starters in all before they had the sense to switch brands of rebuilt starters, for which they charged me over $300 dollars for the original work. Now they find a bad wire harness charging the alternator to the battery, which was in all likely hood the original problem, but I've payed for the starter and batteries and tows in time and money and inconveniences. Then they tell me the CV shafts are leaking and bad, I had them do this, on the original visit. (before I knew how bad these guys were

After the final starter is replaced I find the car pouring antifreeze all over my driveway and garage, but they claim they had nothing to do with that. I go in and it takes them 3 hours to replace a 6" hose that they still don't admit they cut and they show it to me and say it blew, what a coincidence since it sits right above the starter, it was a rock solid hose with a cut in it. After all this I have no power when I accelerate. I finally take it to the dealer who asks about who did the CV axles work. The dealer tells me that the kick-down cable is just replaced as if someone didn't know how to put it back. More money out of my pocket, and in the mean time Barry states he knows nothing they could have done to cause my lack of power.

I report them to the Better Business Bureau and he rebutts my claims (of course) and says if I was more of a man I would have talked to him about it. The rebuttal to the Better Business Bureau is full of lies. Barry Wise shows what kind of "man" he really is. He never apologizes once for all my inconveniences and for their misdiagnosis and shoddy work. Great job Barry!
