I had my brother working for this company.  He quit the job, all of the paperwork was turned in.  I kept emailing and contacting the company as to when final payment would be forthcoming.  Was told needed all paperwork.  Finally got all of that submitted and then was told 45 to 120 days.  Everytime this company was contacted it would take 3-4 emails or phone calls to get a response back.  All of a sudden, we were told that they could not understand why we did not get our "correspondence" stating that they were offering .29 on the dollar or they would have to file bankruptcy and we would get nothing.

Needless to say we took the offer and signed a release as to same.  When we contacted them to inquire as to when the payment would be forthcoming, we were told too bad, we're in bankruptcy, you are getting nothing.  They kept the money due and owing to us on top of the escrow money.  This company is a total ripoff and liars to boot.

If I knew an attorney in Indiana I would definately sue.  As an aside, there is NO bankruptcy filing.  They are liars.

Stay away from this company.
