My Wife and decide to move from San Jose CA, to Hawaii. We got a quote of 6K for full packing, shipping, and unpacking. After packing, loading the Budget Rental Truck and driving away, they wanted payment of 12K. Double the original quote. We had no choice but to pay the cost. They would not return with our household items. All they could show me was a
handwritten receipt with "Total Weight". This receipt had no identifying marks with my shipment at all.

It get worse. These guys are now a few weeks late. Kevin stated that i should get my things early next week, next week came and went. After continuously calling i was able to get ahold of kevin a week later, and he told me the same thing, my furniture will arrive at the port on Thursday and that i should be getting a call from the delivery driver early next week. Next week came and went.

I have been calling Kevin, for two weeks now since our last conversation.  I have left voicemail and emails ten times a day.  Today I cold not even get connected to their automated phone system.  The phone just rings.

We are starting to think that we will no longer see our things. !0 years of family memories and items, could be gone forever. We pray that we will get them back soon!
