Allan King Charging for channels that we have been receiving free for 20 yrs RIDGECREST California

Direct TV turned off/deleted several channels that we have been receiving for over 20yrs at no charge and is now charging for each channel to receive it. What is very odd, the channels turned off were the channels we watch daily.

Another issue is, we have had the same equipment since the day we started with direct TV over 20 yrs ago, now they are beggining to tell us our equipment will not be compatiable with there services.

I attempted to get upgraded equipment which other customers have and pay the same charges we do and they have the upgraded/up to date equipment, I was informed that I will have to pay and initial charge and more monthly charges along with installation charges, my current bill is out of site.

To contact a customer service rep you have to pay a $5.00 charge to speek to someone.

I truly beleive they are defrauding thier customers (all of us) and should be held accountable.
