Complaint Review: Allan Unruh aka Dr. Shane Holmes

NHL player Jack Johnson's manager Allan Unruh is in a world of trouble.  Johnson # 7 of the Columbus Blue Jackets retained Allan Unruh aka Dr. Shane Holmes as Johnson's manager according to family members.  Allan advised Jack, Jack's mother and other family members to move forward with several real estate purchases including a large hotel and a beach front home.  Allen who was homeless at the time of this report advised the family to purchase real estate without current appraisals, current inspections and allowed the purchase prices to be above the asking prices on the street. 

Allan who also is in charge of Jack's marketing was not available for comment.  Its hard to believe after 2008 that any financial adviser / manager would allow his clients to purchase commercial real estate without current appraisals, inspections or market research reports.  Jack and his family are now in danger of loosing Jack's future income to this con man.  Allan who is very convencing actually tied up Jack's future earnings on these deals.  This man is so slick he figured out a way to take money that is not even available today.  Watch out for Allan Unruh aka Dr. Shane Holmes.  He is no stranger to Rippoff Reports, in fact he is getting top billings...
