Complaint Review: Allcare Parmaceuticals

I placed an online order from this company for $250 + $50 shipping.  They provided an order number and email confirmation.  I paid in Bitcoin.  The very next morning, I received an email from them as well as the shipping company they use, Diamon Cargo, stating I needed to post a "refundable" $500 insurance fee of which they would refund $475 after successful delivery.

Bear in mind that I had an online chat with a representative the night before about my order and NOTHING was mentioned, nor was anything on the website about any insurance fee.  When I questioned Allcare on this the next morning, the response was "Sorry" and that there was nothing they could do about it.  Further, I then asked them to cancel the order and refund my money, but was told the order already went out the evening before.

So, this would mean that when I made an order on a Sunday evening, when they couldn't get a tracking number, that the order had left their office on a Sunday night to go to the shipping company but knew nothing about the insurance until the next day.  Whcih, in turn means, the package would have left the shipping company's possession by then without an insurance payment.

Can you spell S-C-A-M?  NEVER NEVER order from these people.  You will surely lose your money!
