I purchased items from Allcosmeticwholesale.com (in and around December 2012) and created an account including all of my accurate contact information.  After ordering and paying for my order, allcosmeticswholesale.com mislabled my parcel and I never received the items that I purchased. I contacted the company and received a response from Ms. Sheri Butte.

Ms. Butte was not helfpul and continually gave me inaccurate and untruthful information.  She never offered me a refund or assistance with locating the parcel despite an error perpetrated by her company.  She assurred me that I would receive the items, but I have yet to see those items.  I previously had a good experiecne with this company, but I caution anyone using their services to beware.  Should you need customer service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.  

I have been defrauded since Ms. Butte has continually mislead me and has failed to make any attempts to right her wrong.  She has unjustly taken money for items that have never been provided to me due to her companies SLOPPY practices.  Luckily, I made my purchase using paypal and have a receipt from them indicating that I provided an accurate address for shiplemnt. 

Ms. Butte may respond to this post by attempting to discredit me, but I have no reason to lie.  Be careful spending your money here because it may just be a donation to the company.

Incorrect Information and emails to prove it

I have been communicating with this customer since December 23rd 2012.  I still do not know if the customer entered the wrong address on their order or if the post office simply misdelivered the parcel as I have yet to get a full answer from
my emails to her.  The parcel was initially either misdelivered or the address given to us on the order was incorrect.  Whomever received the parcel was honest enough to put the parcel back in the mail after receiving it and it did reach us
almost a month after it was initially misdelivered.  The shipping label had the exact address as the customer gave us as I confirmed when the parcel came back.  The customer was emailed on January 15th   2013 to notify of the parcel return.  To which I did not receive a reply until February 12th 2013. To which I immediately replied on February 13th asking for confirmation on delivery address since we obviously had the wrong address.  To this email I received no reply until today
April 15th.  I immediately replied on the same day telling the customer that her account had actually been credited 3 weeks prior since we did not hear back from them on delivery address.  The customer has obviously not checked their paypal account as the refund was posted there 3 weeks ago.   They failed to give the correct shipping address OR USPS simply messed up the delivery, I answered all of their emails to which I rarely received replies.  Even today when I informed the customer they had been refunded, I received no reply, but this rip off report instead. 
Customer is obviously way out of line and is not understanding we did all we could to get them their order and since we were not able to, we refunded them.  What more can a company do?
This will be our one and only rebuttal.
