I ordered an item and received an immediate confirmation. After 3 weeks, no delivery. When I contacted them I received a message "We are working on it" After 2 more weeks I had not heard anything more. I sent an email canceling the order. After 2 weeks my credit card had not received the refund. Finally I found that the owner's name was Jeff Selby phone number (((REDACTED))) address (((REDACTED))), Lewis Center OH. Google maps shows this a a house in a subdivision. I left a message on his phone and received a credit on my card. There is no way to contact the company other than by email which they can ignore. A warning sign.
