Complaint Review: Alldaymall

I bought a neat little tablet from this firm- it was to have 8gb's of memory. I wrote them- and their representative Emma-wrote back- something to the effect that I should download my apps to my computer and then transfer them to the tablet. This of course failed misreably- because the tablet did not have 8gb's but only 4. So I wrote bac to Emma -asked her to send me a chip for the additional 4 gb's- guess what- no response-and the tablet went down in price ny $10. I wrote them again- and apparently since Alldaymall-and Emma have their money they no longer care about me the consumer.

So folks- though fast- not worth the price- no memory- customer service awful- used Amazon as a ruse to sell it- and if I had to do it again- I would buy something more reputable-with the amount of memory that is advertised- not lied to-and told to download things to my computer and then transfer it to my tablet. That's idiotic- no memory means no memory- as well as 8gb's= 8gb's not 4gb's.

So in closing-save your money-avoid Emma and Alldaymall- and buyer beware. Furious.
